Okay I have some misunderstanding in using keyword density checker.
Because I check The main Page with Keyword density Checker and i don't know that it only Checks the Main page not the whole page as in all the pages under SEO Observation.
And our main Page is Changing every Post I Made.
So That's it the Conclusion is:
Keyword Density Checker Checks only the URL/Page that you input.
